Peony White Tea: White Peony is the second highest quality white tea and has the highest amount of antioxidants compared to other teas. White tea has the highest concentration of L-theanine. L-theanine is known for improving alertness and focus in the brain by inhibiting exciting stimuli that can lead to overactivity. By calming the stimuli in the brain, white tea can help you relax while also increasing focus.
Rosemary: Increase blood circulation and relieve headaches. A good source of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and contains Vitamins A, B6 and C.
Lion’s Mane Mushrooms: Ability to enhance memory, stimulate cognitive function, prevent and treat neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes. Encourages regrowth and recovery of nerve function by stimulating Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) to repair the myelin sheath. Reverses cell degeneration in the brain. Reduces inflammation and oxidation.
Tangerine: The high levels of vitamin C make the dried fruit and peel an excellent source of antioxidants for the body. Believed to support good cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and to support a healthy liver. Uplifting scent to promote focus.
