10 Tea bags per box. (NOTE: you can re-steep the whole leaf tea bags up to 3 times, which will yield 30 cups of tea per box).
Loose leaf option if you have a tea infuser, will make about 45 cups of tea. Mix 1-2 tsp with 8oz hot water.

Sencha Green Tea: Effective in improving athletic performance and endurance, due to caffeine and EGCG using fat as an energy source. It has thermogenic properties, meaning it can help raise your metabolic rate while also increasing fat oxidation. Green tea contains arginine and theanine amino acids. Ammonia is a waste product that increases during exercise, arginine, which promotes ammonia metabolism, and theanine, which has a relaxing effect, are thought to effectively reduce fatigue by combining these ingredients.
Beet Root: Can improve cardiorespiratory endurance in athletes by increasing efficiency, which improves performance at various distances, increases time to exhaustion at submaximal intensities, and may improve the cardiorespiratory performance at anaerobic threshold intensities and maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max). Beet root could mitigate the ergolytic effects of hypoxia on cardiorespiratory endurance in athletes. Nitric oxide is produced from the amino acid L-arginine which is found naturally in beet root making it a vasodilator. Vasodilation will help to open your blood vessels to allow blood to flow more easily, transporting oxygen to your muscles and reducing fatigue.

Cordyceps Mushrooms: Boost energy, reduce inflammation and adrenal fatigue, anti-aging properties, libido booster and great for hiking or working out at high altitudes with increased oxygen consumption. Increases the body's production of the molecule adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is essential for delivering energy to the muscles. Anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties increase muscle repair time.
Reishi Mushrooms: Increase oxygenation of the blood, increase blood flow, lower cholesterol and fatty acids in the blood, and help lower blood pressure. Lowers elevated blood sugar levels. Has anti-microbal, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral effects. It is an adaptogenic herb and helps with adrenal fatigue.
