Quantity: Three baths (three 1/2 cup scoops). 

Soak your body in warm water with the bath tea for at least 20 minutes to get the full health benefits. 

Ingredients: Eucalyptus and Spearmint Essential Oils, Eucalyptus Leaves, Rosemary Leaves, Mint Leaves, Epsom salt, Oats.

Eucalyptus Leaves: Improves respiratory conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, the common cold, cough, flu, and COVID-19. It lowers blood pressure, alleviates pain in muscles and joints, and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

Rosemary Leaves: Help to open airways, increase blood circulation, relieve pain and headaches. A good source of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and contains Vitamins A, B6 and C.

Mint Leaves: Opens the airways and bronchioles in your lungs, helping you to take in more oxygen and breather easier. Antibacterial and cooling properties on the skin.

Epsom Salt contains magnesium and may help the body to pull out and get rid of toxins in the body. It reduces inflammation, swelling, joint stiffness, muscle pain, stress and sunburns.

Oatmeal baths are an age-old remedy to sooth inflamed skin, allergies and rashes. Packed with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that may be effective at reducing UV damage in skin and help nourish and protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals. Oats also contain ferulic acid, avenanthramides, polysaccharides and lipids help to calm irritated skin and help to moisturize and restore the skins barrier, leaving it hydrated and soft.
