Quantity: 10 Tea bags per box. (NOTE: you can re-steep the whole leaf tea bags up to 3 times, which will yield 30 cups of tea per box).

Loose leaf option if you have a tea infuser, will make about 45 cups of tea. Mix 1 tsp with 8oz hot water.

Health Benefits:

Oolong Tea: Alkalizes the digestive tract, which can be helpful for people with problems like acid reflux and ulcers. Oolong tea also stimulates the metabolism, and it helps the body to break food down more quickly, which is why some people promote it as a weight loss aid. Contains calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Some of the main antioxidants in oolong tea, known as tea polyphenols, are theaflavins, thearubigins, and EGCG. Oolong tea also contains L-theanine, an amino acid shown to have positive effects on relaxation and cognitive performance.

Jasmine Flowers: The antioxidants in the jasmine flower help in interacting with the gastric enzymes thereby boosting digestion, relieving flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome.

Ginger: An important dietary agent which possesses a carminative effect, decreases pressure on lower esophageal sphincter, reduces intestinal cramping, and prevents dyspepsia, flatulence, and bloating.

Comfrey Root: Relieves upset stomach, ulcers, and diarrhea.

Pu-her: Improves digestion and can help relieve symptoms of constipation from the lovastatin in the tea leaves. The antioxidants and polyphenols in pu-erh teas also aid in digestion and fat breakdown.

Reishi Mushrooms: Reishi mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum) have been a part of some traditional medicine practices for more than 2,000 years. They contain polysaccharides, peptides, and triterpenoids, dietary fiber and various minerals, vitamins, and amino acids. The anti-inflammatory properties in Reishi can alter gut bacteria for the better. They can prevent and reverse the symptoms of Chron's disease, inflammatory bowel, ulcerative colitis, auto-immune disease, leaky gut and celiac disease.

Turmeric: It is used in Ayurvedic medicine as a digestive healing agent. Help to reduce ulcerative colitis and IBS symptoms such as stomach cramps, diarrhea, and constipation. Because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric can contribute to healthy digestion.

Gut Health Must Have

I’ve been looking for natural remedies to stomach and digestive problems. I take probiotic pills, colon cleanse pills and drink Kombucha regularly. The digestive tea works with a single cup for healthy gut digestion (not like a laxative or anything but just helps with stubborn digestion) and through consistent consumption its relieved a lot of bloating and stomach aches. I drink my cup at night before bed and after I’ve eaten my dinner.

Amazing tea + benefits!

This digestive tea is amazing. I drink kombucha regularly, but anytime I feel additional bloat this wonderful digestive tea works with just one cup. It has relieved any bloating or stomach aches I experience. I drink my cup every night before going to bed, it has become my ritual to ensure good health overall. (p.s. another benefit is the additional steeps per tea bag. I can usually get 2 - 3 cups per bag, which is great)!
